Video Compression IP
H.264 video compression works in real-time at 5120×5120 pixels 4 FPS or 1920×1080 pixels 55 FPS grayscale image. The Quantization control parameter (QP) and the number of motion P-frame can be used to modify the compression ratio (CR) and peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR). Memory access is done directly by the AXI-MM interface.

Image Compression IP
Moving objects detection can process 5120 x 1920 pixels with 10 FPS input video in real time. Image pyramid representation generates multi-layer sources to be detected, making the motion detection more accurate. The smallest size that can be detected is 2 by 3 pixels. It can also detect numerous targets.
Moving Objects Detection
Moving objects detection can process 5120 × 5120 pixels with 3 FPS or 1920 × 1080 pixels with 47 FPS input video in real-time. Image pyramid representation generates multi-layer sources to be detected, making the motion detection more accurate. The smallest size that can be detected is 2 by 3 pixels. It can also detect numerous targets. This IP is appropriate to be exploited in satellite and UAV imagery.
